MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
AT TCCS
AT TCCS
Hi Everyone!
My name is Kelly MacDonald and I am the TCCS in house Mental Health Therapist. I’m officially employed by Perseus House but I am stationed at TCCS full time to serve the needs of our students. I’ve been here full time since October of 2018 and love every minute of being here. I find TCCS to have been one of the best places I have ever worked and I value the fact that we are investing in the overall mental health of our students.
I grew up in Pittsburgh PA but moved to Northwest PA for college and fell in love with the area. I earned my bachelor's degree from Gannon University and my Masters Degree from St. Joseph’s University. Both are in Criminal Justice but with a focus in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in the mental health field since 1997 and have a variety of experience in all types of counseling. I absolutely enjoy working with kids and feel that the school setting is truly the area that I was meant to be.
I live in the Pleasantville area with my two children Christopher and Kaelyn and my significant other Brock. Our family has a love for bicycles and we race BMX bicycles. We have our own race team that races all over the state of Pennsylvania. I am hoping within the next year to certify my one dog as a therapy dog and utilize her for supportive services in my community.
If you find that your child needs some support in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
